Urban and legal analysis to develop policies for a rural council to enhance affordable private and social housing commons (co-ops) in abandoned old buildings. Collab with Undos Arquitectes.
Fortià - Housing Co-op Incubation & Policy Making
Architecture, economic and legal study to develop an social co-op housing in stewardship model: 16 new-built homes with backyard in plots leased by the city council of Fortià. Kickstarting the project with already 10 families signed. Collab with Undos Arquitectes.
La Cellera de Ter - Housing Co-op Incubation & Policy Making
Architecture, economic and legal study to develop an social co-op housing in stewardship model: a refurbishment of two buildings to turned it into 7-apartments in two properties leased by the city council of La Pera. Collab with Undos Arquitectes.

Emprius Fundació - Member & Advisor
Network of sovereign rural intentional housing communities —co-ops entities wrapped in a foundation— to manage land, housing properties and knowledge as commons. The legal wrapper allow to maintain properties outside of the traditional market to ensure long-term price stability and inter-collective commons management.
